This is a vintage postcard from the Town Hill Hotel at the "beauty spot of Maryland, elevation 1595 feet".  Located 23 miles east of Cumberland, 41 miles west of Hagerstown.  Not dated but from the appearance, I'm guessing 1930's to 1950's era.
