Granita was a fine-dining restaurant in Malibu, California that opened in 1991 and closed in 2005. Owned by Wolfgang Puck and his ex-wife Barbara Lazaroff, the restaurant was located in the Malibu Colony Shopping Plaza and was a popular spot with locals and celebrities. Granita featured an underwater theme and served American food with Mediterranean influences. The restaurant's design was created by 120 American craftspeople, including ceramic artists, glass etchers, and woodworkers, and won several international design awards.
