For almost 30 years Peter's Inn has always been committed to being locally sourced and locally staffed. Owners Bud and Karin Tiffany bought the place the day after they got married in September 1995. They’ve been hands-on operators ever since — Karin as the chef, and Bud, who also cooks, as the “execution guy.”

The original deed to property is from 1833 with the building built in 1850. Owned by multiple generations of at least 3 families before becoming Peter's Inn in 1977.
