Locally & Family owned since 1974.  Fire & Ice was founded by an architect, a cookbook author, a bartender and a waitress. The name comes from the work of a local poet, Robert Frost. The words seem to inspire the fire for cooking and the ice for drink mixing that goes on here. Over four decades now Fire & Ice has grown through many renovations to become a landmark dinner house and museum that happens to serve great food & drink.
