This patch has a cloth back and is FACTORY NEW and NEVER BEEN WORN although it does have some wrinkles in the twill background. This is the 1st of the NEW CSP styles. This patch was issued before the requirements of a BSA or fleur-de-lis were to be shown on the patch.
 
Firelands Council merged with Johnny Appleseed Area (#453) and Harding Area (#443) in 1993 to form Heart of Ohio (#450)
