FDR card signed by his son James Roosevelt

This is a "printed" signed 5" X 7" card showing FDR on the front and signed his by son James on the back.  The card is thanking the recipient for donating to his program, the "National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare" (NCPSSM).  James Roosevelt ended up under investigation for mail fraud and "questionable money raising practices" for this organization.
