This patch has a cloth back and is FACTORY NEW and NEVER BEEN WORN camp patch from the former Philadelphia Council. This patch also commemorates Americas Bicentennial of 1976. Breyer Training Area was on Old York Rd. in Jenkintown, PA outside Philadelphia and was closed around 1980.
