This is a SOSSI First Day Covers from the Baltimore Old Timers Weekend at Camp Spencer at Broad Creak.
 
This envelope features a character of an old timer scout hiking. It also shows the 75th Anniversary logo in full color. There is also an SOSSI cancellation stamp and a 22 cent Boy Scout stamp on it.
