This is a SOSSI First Day Covers from the Baltimore Scout Expo of 1982.

This envelope features a picture of Lord Robert Stephenson Smyth Baden Powell and Uncle Dan Beard Carter. There is also an Expo / SOSSI cancellation stamp and a 20 cent Flag stamp on it.
